Private Sessions
A private session is a one-hour yoga session specifically for you. It can take place in person or online. This session includes an assessment to learn more about your personal physical concerns. I am not a medical professional and do not pretend to be one. I am just a lady who has been through some pain and figured out how to keep moving.
Prices vary based on distance, timing, etc. Please reach out if you are interested in learning more about private sessions. Prices start at $50 per session.
Yoga for Knee Replacement
If you recently had a knee replacement and are searching for a way to improve your outcomes and movement, consider my knee replacement private session.
In December of 2024, I had a total left knee replacement, and yoga helped me get my mobility back to a point where I can do my practice, respecting the new knee and its strength and limitations. In so doing, I designed a knee yoga rehabilitation practice that targets knee mobility with careful, safe movements that work.
